Phase 4 · testnet rules
NENE Flight testnet
The testnet now runs the phase-4 rules: proposers rotate by stake, and a stake-weighted vote owns the treasury fee switch. Balances are still test NENE. This is not mainnet and nothing is deployed on NEAR.

Claim test NENE
—
The faucet account already holds locked test NENE. A claim is an ordinary transfer into your testnet address. It shows up after the batch seals, which is about a second.
Treasury vote
—
Your hard balance is your vote weight. Treasury keeps the unburned half at 0x…007e. Burn sends that half to the zero address too. A heavier stake can outvote you.
Then fly it
Send the test coins on the bird lane, or open the fraud game. Neither one touches the Rhea pool.
Live on this testnet
- Stake rotationEach batch is proposed by a bonded account, weighted by its test NENE.
- Treasury voteStake decides whether the unburned half of base fees stays in the treasury or is burned.
- Faucet100 test NENE from a locked balance. It does not mint.
- Fraud gameA bad proposer is the one who gets slashed. The window is still the short testnet clock.
Not in this cut
- NEAR deploymentNo contract is posted. The block hash here is the testnet clock, not a NEAR block.
- Real NENEStake and the faucet are not nene-2250.meme-cooking.near.
- MainnetPhase 4 on this page is the testnet's rules. It does not settle real value.
- Ethereum RPCFlightTx is still the envelope. RLP and JSON-RPC are not in this cut.
